Our commitment

MarketGenie is committed to making our website and the websites we build for clients accessible to as many people as possible. We believe great web design includes everyone — and we work to meet or exceed widely accepted accessibility standards.

Standards we follow

We aim to conform to WCAG 2.2 Level AA — the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines published by the W3C. Where practical we go further toward Level AAA.

What this means

On marketgenie.uk we work to ensure:

• Sufficient colour contrast between text and background
• Keyboard navigation throughout the site
• Semantic HTML and proper heading structure
• Alt text on meaningful images
• Clear focus states on interactive elements
• Forms with properly associated labels
• Respect for prefers-reduced-motion settings
• Readable font sizes that scale with browser zoom

Known limitations

No website is perfect. If you encounter content or functionality that is hard to use, please tell us — we'll fix it.

If something on this site doesn't work for you, email geno@marketgenie.uk with as much detail as you can: the page URL, what you were trying to do, and what assistive technology (if any) you were using. We'll respond within five business days.
